You’ll independently develop insights, diagnose performance trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations for senior leaders and key stakeholders. You’ll also lead the development and delivery of MIS and reporting solutions to ensure performance and risk signals are timely, accurate, and decision‑ready.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, improve operational performance through root‑cause diagnostics, and continuously enhance risk management processes through new tools, methodologies, and external perspective.

  • Generate clear, actionable recommendations that inform senior leadership decisions and prioritize high‑value actions
  • Prepare detailed risk monitoring materials and performance narratives tailored to senior management and stakeholder needs
  • Present findings, insights, and strategic implications to multiple levels of management with clarity and confidence
  • Lead the design, build, and delivery of MIS dashboards and reporting solutions that enable timely risk and performance management
  • Partner across functions to align on definitions, monitoring frameworks, measurement approaches, and implementation plans
  • Monitor internal and external behavioral signals, industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to continuously improve risk management processes
  • Drive continuous learning and adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance analytical rigor, speed, and scalability
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of professional analytics experience supporting business strategy, risk, or performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute end‑to‑end analyses with strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proven experience applying statistical, quantitative, and/or data‑mining techniques to identify trends and explain performance outcomes
  • Strong ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and concise, executive‑ready conclusions
  • Experience producing risk/performance monitoring outputs (e.g., recurring reports, scorecards, KPI frameworks, executive summaries)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Track record of working independently, exercising sound judgment, and delivering results with minimal oversight
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to influence without authority and align teams around data‑driven actions
  • Demonstrated agility in learning and applying new tools and technologies to improve analytical delivery
  • Results orientation with high ownership, accountability, and a commitment to quality and control discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
