Job description

We’re looking for a skilled, Georgia-licensed Pest Control Technician who’s ready to do more than run a route — someone excited to help grow our pest control division and build a long-term career with clear advancement into leadership.

In this role, you’ll use your expertise in product labels, application methods, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to accurately diagnose pest activity, develop effective treatment plans, and prevent future infestations. You’ll deliver high-quality service while also helping shape how we expand — bringing a solution-first mindset that supports stronger customer relationships and long-term account growth.

You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to our customers: educating them on prevention, identifying additional service opportunities when appropriate, and recommending tailored solutions that truly fit their needs. Your professionalism and ability to build trust will directly contribute to growing the business — and position you for future leadership as our pest division continues to scale.

This is a role with real runway. If you take pride in your work, want to own your route, and are motivated by the opportunity to grow into a lead or management role in pest control, we’d love to talk.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay range of $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience and licensing.

$5000 sign on bonus! $1000 paid after 30 days, $1000 paid after 60 days, $1000 paid after 90 days, and $2000 at 180 days!

The Perks
  • Competitive hourly pay — life is expensive, and we believe in paying well

  • Job security + growth — we’re a fast-growing company with real career paths (we promote from within)

  • Recognition for great work — your effort won’t go unnoticed

  • Referral bonus up to $1,000 — bring a friend along

  • Paid training from day one

  • Great trucks & equipment

  • Affordable health benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and more

  • 401(k), 9 paid holidays (including your birthday off), and PTO

Must Haves
  • Georgia Structural Pest license/certification

  • Georgia Designated Certified Operator (DCO) License
  • Valid driver’s license and a history of safe driving

  • 21+ years old (required to drive a company vehicle)

  • Strong commitment to safety and proper PPE use

  • Friendly, professional, and dedicated to excellent customer service

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently (and as part of a crew)

  • Positive team mindset and willingness to help others
