First off let us introduce ourselves. We're EnviroGuard, a family owned and operated Pest Control company. We started in 2015 with a vision to create a great experience for each and every one of our customers, as we keep their homes "pest free". EnviroGuard is young and growing quickly, so we are looking for individuals who are hungry for personal growth. So I bet your thinking "I don't know a thing about killing bugs" We don't care! If you are ready to hustle and learn, then we will teach you everything you need to know about pest control. We will help you get your licensing through the state if you do not already have it.

A big part of your job is dealing with customers, so enthusiasm and liking people is a MUST! As a service professional you will be required to treat residential homes, interior and exterior which will require customer interaction.

Job Overview andResponsibilities

  • We're going to give you your own truck. (Okay, it's not actually YOUR truck. It's ours, but we'll let you drive it.)
  • You'll be treating residential homes with Pest Control products (we will train you how).
  • You'll be talking to your customers off and on throughout the day. These will be YOUR customers and you'll be responsible for treating them with a great experience!
  • The structure of your day will change (e.g. cancelled appointments, added appointments), so you'll need to think on your feet and be flexible at all times. We can be flexible with your schedule/time off when needed!

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • High school or equivalent
  • 21 years of age or older to be on our insurance.
  • Able to pass a background check (you will be entering customer's homes)
  • Ready to work hard and willing to learn
  • Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation

The Scoop

  • Full-time positions are available.
  • Commission for sales, but sales not required.
  • Growth potential as we promote from within.
  • $2,000-2,400 per month (there are always ways to earn bonuses and increase your pay!).
  • Typical Hours: Monday-Friday. 10 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 5PM. Though we are flexible.
