Job description

Food Service Manager needed for school food service in the Wildwood/ Cape May Court House, NJ areas. Monday through Friday, day shift, 6.5 to 7 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
ServSafe® certification a plus. Must be comfortable working in a fast pace team environment. Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools
Duties to Include:
Managing the operation on a daily basis.
Cooking - Food preparation, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards according to the NSLP guidelines.
Ordering - Placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
POS/Register - Assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
Safety - Endure all personal protection equipment is in use at all times
Cleanliness - maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
Staffing - secure food service workers, and substitutes.
