Job Summary:
Speed Commerce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves overseeing multiple projects across various locations, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple projects across various locations.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Complete and maintain project documents, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), WBS (work breakdown structure), and budget tracking for allocated projects from initiation through implementation phase.
• Organize and manage regular project meetings, create meeting minutes, status reports, and action plans.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Analyze problems and drive issue resolution to ensure successful project launch.
• Be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Profession (PMP) certification REQUIRED.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Experience working with key leadership and owner(s) in a privately owned company.
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
Preferred:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other PPM applications (Microsoft Project, Planview or equivalent) required for effective project management.
• Experience in the full life cycle of project management, including planning, budgeting, estimating, vendor management, and internal negotiations.
