About the Role:

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Architect 
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Analyze and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SPM.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage for client benefit
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow SPM certification is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
