Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager to lead and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills to ensure project success in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Agile/Waterfall Methodologies: Apply the appropriate project management methodology based on business needs, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Change Management: Assess and manage changes in scope, priorities, and deliverables while minimizing disruptions.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and track project KPIs, prepare progress reports, and conduct post-project evaluations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in [industry, e.g., IT, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing].
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
