La personne aura la responsabilite d'assurer le developpement, la mise en uvre et le suivi des politiques, programmes et initiatives en matiere de sante, securite au travail et environnement (SSE), afin de garantir un environnement de travail sur et conforme aux normes legales et aux meilleures pratiques de l'industrie. Elle est egalement mandatee par la direction pour coordonner les activites reliees au controle de la qualite, assurer le maintien des normes ISO (AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO37001...) et s'assurer du suivi des certifications de l'entreprise

Dans ce cadre de travail, la personne sera aussi responsable de certaines activites transversales de Qualite et Satisfaction Client , en plus de ses activites principales. Fonctions essentielles / principaux domaines de responsabilite Principales responsabilites HSE Mettre en uvre les politiques du groupe, les procedures SSE et les programmes de prevention des accidents. Developper de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes internes (collaborateurs, gestionnaires, comites, etc.)

Organiser, presider et assurer le suivi des actions concernant le comite de sante et de securite au travail. En collaboration avec une equipe multidisciplinaire, identifier les dangers, evaluer les risques et developper des strategies pour les minimiser. Sensibiliser le personnel aux enjeux de sante et de securite par des campagnes de communication et de sensibilisation constructives et motivantes sur les sujets SSE.

Coordonner les formations SSE destinees aux employes et aux gestionnaires. Assurer la veille reglementaire et la conformite, et surveiller les evolutions documentaires en matiere de SSE. Rediger et presenter la revue de direction SSE.

Principales responsabilites ISO Participer activement a l'amelioration des processus de l'entreprise et assister les differents directeurs de departement dans la realisation des activites d'amelioration au niveau de la qualite. Rediger et/ou mettre a jour et faire appliquer les procedures, les processus et les instructions. Planifier, organiser et controler les activites reliees aux certifications ISO.

Surveiller les evolutions documentaires du groupe. Gerer le plan annuel d'audits internes et effectuer le suivi des actions correctives. Organiser les audits externes pour tous les organismes concernes et rendre compte des resultats a la direction.

Rediger et presenter la revue de direction AS9100. Exigences minimales (competences, experience, formation, connaissances techniques, certifications, langues) Baccalaureat d'une universite accreditee ou diplome d'un college avec un minimum de 3 ans d'experience en HSE et/ou qualite. Experience et connaissance approfondies des normes ISO.

Qualifications souhaitables Excellent joueur d'equipe avec une capacite eprouvee a atteindre des objectifs grace a la collaboration. AS9100 Solides aptitudes pour la communication orale et ecrite. Solides competences en relations interpersonnelles et en leadership.

The role is responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, and initiatives related to occupational health, safety, and environment (HSE), to maintain a safe work environment that complies with legal standards and industry best practices. The individual is also mandated by management to coordinate activities related to quality control, ensure the maintenance of ISO standards (AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO37001...), and oversee the company's certification processes

Within this framework, the individual will also be responsible for certain cross-functional "Quality and Customer Satisfaction" activities in addition to their primary responsibilities. Key Functions / Main Areas of Responsibility Main HSE Responsibilities Implement Group policies, HSE procedures, and accident prevention programs Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders (employees, management, committees, etc.). Ensure regulatory monitoring and compliance; track documentation updates related to HSE Prepare and present the HSE management review. Main ISO Responsibilities Actively contribute to improving company processes and assist department directors in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Draft and/or update procedures, processes, and work instructions, and ensure their implementation.

Plan, organize, and oversee activities related to ISO certifications. Monitor documentation updates from the Group. Manage the annual internal audit plan and track corrective actions.

Organize external audits for all relevant certification bodies and report results to management. Prepare and present the AS9100 management review. Minimum Requirements (Skills, Experience, Education, Technical Knowledge, Certifications, Languages) Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE and/or quality.

Strong experience and in-depth knowledge of ISO standards. AS9100. Preferred Qualifications Strong team player with a proven ability to achieve objectives through collaboration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and work effectively in a team environment.
