Today, the Del Conca Group is recognized internationally for the superior quality of its products, the excellence of its service, its innovative capabilities, and the distinguished design it offers. The planning and design of each collection is conceived and carried out in Italy, in the Group’s own research facility. We are currently hiring for our production areas on various shifts. Our associates enjoy the following:

  • 3- day work week= 42hrs. Non-rotating shifts

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing, automated machine operation, or production experience is preferred.
  • Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating a forklift is a major plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with automated machinery, control panels, and computerized packaging systems in a modern SMART factory environment.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and mechanical awareness.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    • Proven dependability, consistent attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Physical Activity: Frequently standing and walking on concrete floors; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs to access and adjust machinery.
  • Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to handle small labels, operate touch control panels, and use scanning equipment.
  • Lifting Capacity: Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move tiles or material boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Operating in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing plant. Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels, dust, vibration, and temperature variations near production machinery is typical.
