As Solutions Architect in our AI CoE, you will provide essential leadership within the practice as you guide the development and packaging of best-of-breed LLM-based solutions to accelerate client proposals, pricing, and delivery.  You will leverage your unique insights and expertise with LLM-driven implementations, collaborating with our Technical Activation team to evaluate technology challenges and meet client goals.  Employing our team dynamics and governance while leveraging our solutions, you will actively propose our solutions through compelling presentations.  You will be a thought leader and mentor for your colleagues.  Your expertise with LLM enabling technologies such as Databricks and Python in a multi-cloud context effectively enables solution architecture.  Join us in creating a dynamic, equitable, and innovative workspace that influences our growing practice and shapes the future of IG Consulting’s AI CoE.


Responsibilities
  • Lead technology assessments, architectural designs and solution asset development with thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Provide client advisory services to understand client business goals, technology objectives and challenges.
  • Provide technical advisory services to leverage and adapt IG Consulting assets to define custom solutions, team structures, implementation roadmaps, and required technologies in collaboration with technical architects.
  • Construct comprehensive client proposals and convey our capabilities.
  • Foster growth by educating sales teams and mentoring junior practice members.
  • Excel in verbal communication and problem-solving, guiding collaborative environments.
  • Advise practice leadership on technology trends and highlight opportunities for growth and evolution in our core solution offers.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership qualities, with passion for rapid learning and forming expert opinions.
  • Advanced understanding of enabling business use cases through LLM enablement.
  • Track record of successful client advisory services and managing complex LLM-centric projects across multiple industry verticals.
  • Strong skills in leading AI/ML/LLM enabling technologies such as, but not limited to, Databricks, Python, with a cloud agnostic approach.
  • Customer first mind-set, and a passion for successful solution creation, packaging and delivery.
  • Deep experience working with leading Cloud Platforms such as Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of and success in scaling LLM-driven development from laboratory/prototype to production implementation.
  • A track record of working with and producing value from large datasets.
  • Project management acumen and collaborative prowess.
