Job description

Job Summary: Central Supply Tech I 

The Central Supply Technician is responsible for issuing all supplies as requested and timely completing the appropriate data entry for issues and returns. The Central Supply Technician I is responsible for issuing and delivering all medical supplies and equipment as requested. The CS tech is also responsible for maintaining set par-levels at various inventory locations throughout the hospital.  

Licensure and Certification: 

  •  Certified Registered Central Service Tech (CRCST) Certification preferred.

Education:

  •  Minimum High School graduate or GED equivalent

Experience:

  •  1 year of Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistical, Material Management experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  •  Customer service skills
  •  Effective communication skills
  •  Problem solving skills
  •  PC and Printer
  • Meditech experience a plus
