We Are Hiring

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Facility: St. Francis Hospital

Department: Sterile Processing 

Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift

What You Will Do
  • Operate all sterilizing equipment following regulation directives.
  • Assemble and maintain specific surgical instruments utilized throughout the facility.
  • Inventory and reorder instruments and supplies.
  • Perform all required quality assurance tests on equipment and maintains daily records.
What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the InternationalAssociation of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Preferred.
  • Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Boardfor Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
  • 40 hours a week | M-F | 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Rotating weekends and holidays when necessary 
  • Must obtain CRCST certification within 1 year.
