This role helps ensure drivers, routes, and charter services are prepared and dispatched accurately each day. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM What You'll Do Verify driver readiness, assignments, and trip details before departure Coordinate scheduled line runs and charter dispatches Communicate updates related to delays, route conditions, and service changes Monitor departures and report operational issues Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs Assist with last-minute schedule adjustments and coverage needs What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear communication skills (written and verbal) Prior experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or operations preferred Comfortable working early morning hours in a structured environment Our Core Values At Martz, how we work matters.
