About the Role:


As our Center Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your centers success, overseeing all operations, guiding your team to exceed performance metrics, and ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a vibrant and energetic workplace where everyone thrives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.

Requirements:

Job Experience/Skill Set:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of supervisory experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with general computer literacy.
  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you in a sales or performance setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
  • Ability to work a 40+ hour work week with a flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Use of upper extremities for typing, handling, feeling, and reaching.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must possess sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency situations.
