Annual salary ranges from $65-$75,000 per year with a healthy incentive plan

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Liaison / Business Development Professional to drive strategic referral relationships, census growth, and market expansion across our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Tennessee market.

This role is responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, payors, and community referral sources while also supporting mentorship and coaching of business development staff to strengthen overall market performance.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with a strong understanding of post-acute care, referral management, and healthcare sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Development

  • Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, case management teams, physicians, and community partners
  • Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources and facility clinical/operations teams
