Your Role as Director of Admissions & Marketing
- Lead the admissions process from inquiry through admission, ensuring a seamless, compassionate experience.
- Serve as the face and voice of our facility, representing our mission to hospitals, physicians, families, and community partners.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and outreach plans to grow and maintain census.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community organizations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Conduct clinical and financial screenings for potential admissions, ensuring appropriate placement.
- Use data, trends, and feedback to continuously improve admissions processes and marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure each new resident and family experiences a warm, personalized welcome into our community.
Our Ideal Director of Admissions & Marketing
- Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and third-party billing.
- Ability to confidently communicate with physicians, case managers, and clinical teams regarding referrals and patient needs.
- A natural relationship-builder with a customer-service mindset and emotional intelligence.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to census development and market growth.
- Skilled in clinical evaluation, referral management, and conversion strategies.
- Professional, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
