The Opportunity

Are you a compassionate, driven sales professional looking for a career with purpose? We are seeking a Family Service Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will assist families with both immediate burial needs and proactive pre-need planning, providing clarity, guidance, and peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide & Advise: Meet with families to present cemetery options, memorial products, and pre-planning programs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Build Relationships: Generate prospective leads through active outreach, follow-ups, and telephone prospecting.
  • Provide Solutions: Conduct consultative sales presentations tailored to each family's unique preferences and budget.
  • Manage Accounts: Maintain accurate client records, assist with paperwork, and ensure seamless service from start to finish.
