What is a cemetery job?

Cemetery jobs refer to a range of positions involved in the operation, maintenance, and management of cemeteries. These roles can include groundskeepers, who maintain landscaping and gravesites; burial or grave diggers, who prepare plots for interment; administrative staff, who manage records and assist families; and funeral service workers, who help coordinate burials and ceremonies. People in these roles ensure that cemeteries are respectful, clean, and properly maintained. Some positions may require specialized training or certification, especially those involving heavy equipment or handling human remains.
