About the Role: As a Cement Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cementing equipment in support of well-site operations.
You will ensure safe and efficient rig-up and rig-down of equipment, accurate execution of cement jobs, and compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Your performance directly impacts job quality, operational safety, and customer satisfaction on every location. Key Responsibilities: Operate cementing equipment and related field tools during well-site operations in accordance with company procedures.
Perform rig-up and rig-down of cementing units, pumps, and related equipment safely and efficiently. Drive and position cementing equipment to and from job locations using a CDL A vehicle with no restrictions. Monitor equipment performance during cement jobs, adjusting controls as needed to maintain proper rates and pressures.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, documenting and reporting any issues. Assist with mixing and loading cement, additives, and other materials required for each job. Complete required job documentation, including service tickets and operational logs, accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements throughout the 15 days on / 6 days off rotation.
