Job Summary

We're looking for a customer-obsessed Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, build-it role. You'll own the day-to-day configuration, QA, and launch of campaigns in Braze, and serve as the operational backbone for lifecycle programs across the full customer journey.

You'll work directly with the CX Lifecycle Marketing Manager and cross-functional partners in product, creative, and data engineering to bring lifecycle strategy into real customer experiences. If you love the craft of building in Braze, care about the details that make campaigns work, and want to grow with a team that's actively investing in lifecycle infrastructure and best practices, this is your role.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Deployment

  • Build, configure, and launch behaviorally triggered lifecycle campaigns in Braze across email, push, in-app, and SMS
  • Own campaign scheduling, QA, and launch readiness from start to finish, including post-launch validation and troubleshooting
  • Architect and manage multi-step lifecycle journeys in Braze Canvas, including entry and exit criteria, message prioritization, decision branches, and channel-specific messaging logic
  • Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and operational standards so the lifecycle program scales cleanly

Segmentation & Audience Preparation

  • Build and validate user segments to ensure accurate targeting and personalization
  • Confirm audience data is accurate, complete, and refreshed on schedule
  • Develop familiarity with Moultrie's customer data model to support increasingly sophisticated segmentation over time

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate execution of CX initiatives tracking deliverables, dependencies, and risks to keep launches on schedule
  • Serve as the bridge between lifecycle strategy and the operational teams responsible for delivery
  • Communicate clearly across functions, translating marketing requirements for technical partners and surfacing blockers early

Experimentation & Learning

  • Support operational deployment of A/B and multivariate tests, including QA of test variants and clean experiment setup
  • Document campaign results, learnings, and operational best practices to build a repeatable, scalable program over time
Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in Braze. You know Canvas inside and out
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot Liquid templating logic in Braze for dynamic content and personalization
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development, including rendering edge cases (Dark Mode knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong QA instincts and a track record of clean, on-time launches
  • Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content across multiple channels
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously without losing detail
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and SMS compliance (TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can work effectively across marketing, product, and engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Preferred

  • Experience in a SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer product environment
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodology and A/B testing best practices
  • Experience working on campaigns tied to major product launches or go-to-market moments
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar)
  • Experience with a CDP; SQL is a nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and tools like Postman for testing and troubleshooting is a bonus
  • Background supporting hardware, IoT, or connected-device product launches is a plus
Essential Job Function

Why Moultrie

You'll be joining a small, close-knit team where your work has direct impact on the customer experience for millions of hunters and outdoor enthusiasts.
