Job Description
Synergy Wireless Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates to join our national network deployment team in support of nationwide 5G implementation projects Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years hands on deployment experience of the Nokia Airscale platform.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
  • Installation, Commissioning and Integration of BTS equipment into customer networks.
  • Installation/upgrades of cell site routers (7705 & IXR)
  • OTDR and Scope testing of new and existing fibers.
  • Fault diagnosis and rectification of new and existing cell site equipment.

Qualifications
  • Min 2 years experience of the Nokia Airscale platform.
  • Min 2 years experience of Telecom equipment including CSR, LMU, PDU.
  • Min 2 years experience of cellular network deployment projects.
  • Experience with OTDR and Fiber Scope testing.
  • OSHA 10hr Certification preferred.
  • First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and be able to pass a driving record check.
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and MVR/DMV screen.
  • Ability to travel and work in different states for extended periods of time.
