ABOUT THIS ROLE
Influencer marketing is the heartbeat of Patrick Ta Beauty, the living expression of our brand identity. We are looking for a Director of Influencer Marketing to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Patrick Ta Beauty's influencer ecosystem. They lead with a relationship-first approach and understand that lasting brand loyalty is earned through meaningful relationships. They have a proven track record of cultivating creator ecosystems that inspire brand affinity and drive cultural relevance. Success in this role will be defined by driving industry leading VIT, EMV, and share of social voice, consistently outperforming key competitors.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Influencer Marketing drives the brand's total creator ecosystem including paid, earned and VIP.
Influencer Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the brand's end-to-end influencer marketing program, ensuring all earned, paid and VIP initiatives drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, community growth, and business impact. 
  • Develop integrated influencer strategies that support new launches, evergreen campaigns, retail moments, and DTC initiatives while reinforcing Patrick Ta Beauty's core ethos
  • Establish annual goals, budgets, KPIs, and long-term roadmap for the influencer channel. 
Earned Influencer & Community Advocacy
  • Lead and prioritize the brand's earned influencer ecosystem, overseeing macro, micro and makeup artist programs .
  • Own all earned gifting strategies, including creative mailer giftings, VIP moments, and hosting programs to maximize reach and organic advocacy. 
  • Build meaningful relationships with creators, artists, and tastemakers that foster long-term loyalty and authentic brand advocacy.
Paid Influencer Marketing
  • Lead the strategy and oversight of all paid creator partnerships, including VIP talent when appropriate. 
  • Oversee creator identification, negotiations, contracting, campaign execution, and performance in partnership with the Paid Influencer Manager. 
  • Partner closely with Paid Media to maximize creator content through paid amplification 
  • Develop scalable paid creator programs that support launches, evergreen core franchises, retail partnerships, and DTC growth. 
VIP, Celebrity & Relationship Management
  • Build and lead a best-in-class VIP and celebrity strategy that elevates Patrick Ta, the brand, and key launches through culturally relevant VIP relationships and authentic advocacy. 
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with celebrities, high-profile creators, industry tastemakers, and talent representatives. 

Influencer Experiences 
  • Own the influencer guest experience across all brand events, launches, and key moments in partnership with Event Marketing. 
  • Develop thoughtful guest strategies and hospitality experiences that deepen relationships while allowing production and logistics to remain with the Events team. 
  • Ensure every creator touchpoint reflects the premium Patrick Ta Beauty experience and drives ongoing advocacy. 

Cross-Functional Leadership & Performance
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Social, PR, Events, Product Marketing, DTC, and Paid Media to ensure influencer programs are fully integrated across the business. 
  • Own and manage the influencer marketing budget across earned, paid and VIP
  • Measure program effectiveness through KPIs including EMV, VIT, reach, engagement, creator performance, social impact, and business results, translating insights into future optimization opportunities. 
  • Continuously evaluate emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural moments to keep Patrick Ta Beauty at the forefront of influencer marketing.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a demonstrated ability to scale communities 
  • Strong VIP relationships
  • 6+ years of team management
  • 6+ years of beauty experience 
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and management skills
  • Passionate about pop culture and digital communities
  • Strong multi-tasker and ability to handle high-volume of work under tight deadlines
  • Organized with exceptional time-management skills

Salary Range Opportunity:
 
  • The hiring range for this role is $145,000-$160,000 USD

Our salary ranges are informed by verified market data and reflect our commitment to competitive pay within our size and industry. Individual compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including role requirements, experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Final base pay may also vary based on geographic location and job-related expertise. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include a bonus and a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
