Job description

Job Description We are assisting RCCL/Celebrity cruise ships and looking for Cruise Service Agents. Please see dates below: Position: Cruise Service Agent (CSA) CSA's will receive guests with a warm, friendly disposition, make them feel at ease, answer their questions, solve their problems immediately, or attend to their requests in a professional way. Assists with checking in passengers and guiding them in the appropriate area.

Pay: $20/hour Ship Dates: Monday, 9/28 - Celebrity Edge Tuesday, 9/29 - Celebrity Solstice Sunday, 10/11 - Anthem of the Seas All ships are at Pie. Shift start times will be determined at training. Training: Staff is required to attend ONE paid training session (even if you have completed the training at past cruise ships).

All trainings will be held at MC&A's main office (2155 Kalakaua Avenue, 8th Floor, Camping Room). Please see options below: Thursday, 9/24 - 2:00pm Friday, 9/25 - 2:00pm Friday, 10/9 - 2:00pm End time for training will typically be between 5:30pm-6:00pm. All staff are required to complete the RCCL/Celebrity training to work on the Celebrity Edge, Celebrity Solstice, & Anthem of the Seas.

However, the session a candidate attends will determine which ships they are eligible to work. Candidates who attend the 9/24 or 9/25 training session will qualify to work on all three ships. Candidates who attend the 10/9 training session will be eligible to work the Anthem of the Seas (10/11) ONLY.

Miscellaneous information: Requirements are the same as all previous ship seasons regarding hair, wardrobe, headshot (if new to the assignment), etc. If you are interested in working any of these cruise ships, please let me know by Friday, September 11th: Which training class you can attend Cruise ship dates you can work. Please note that parking for the training & Pier 2 assignments will qualify for reimbursements.
