Estamos buscando contratar a un profesional con experiencia Supervisor de Control de Tráfico para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato seleccionado deberá contar con gran resistencia física y mental para soportar largas jornadas laborales. Debe ser organizado, orientado a los detalles y sentirse cómodo trabajando de manera independiente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Controlar el flujo del tráfico.

  • Asistir en la colocación de equipos, barricadas y conos de tráfico.

  • Seguir las instrucciones del supervisor según se asignen.

  • Realizar recorridos frecuentes en los sitios de trabajo para revisar la calidad de la instalación y la seguridad.

  • Mantener un enfoque en la seguridad, con habilidades en orientación, comunicación y matemáticas básicas.

  • Implementar planes de control de tráfico.

  • Instalar y retirar dispositivos conforme a los estándares de MHT, MUTCD y M&S de CDOT.

  • Continuar aprendiendo y fortaleciendo habilidades.

  • Ser práctico, autosuficiente y demostrar una actitud positiva y proactiva.

  • Puede requerirse trabajar horas extra, turnos nocturnos y fines de semana.

  • Puede requerirse realizar labores de señalización (flagging).

Conocimientos, habilidades y aptitudes:

  • Tener al menos 18 años de edad.

  • Comprensión básica de prácticas de trabajo seguras.

  • Licencia de conducir válida de Colorado y historial de manejo limpio (MVR). Sin infracciones graves en los últimos 3 años.

  • Comunicación profesional, habilidades para resolver conflictos y solucionar problemas.

  • Contar con transporte confiable y disponibilidad para trabajar en Denver y áreas circundantes.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en todas las condiciones climáticas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Educación: Diploma de preparatoria o GED (preferido).

  • Experiencia: Certificación vigente CCA o ATSSA con experiencia previa como TCS.

Salario:

$26+ por hora; pago basado en experiencia.
