Schedule

Days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - Dispatch at 10 AM

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting full trailers to our designated locations and returning empty trailers to our distribution centers.

  • Compensation: Shuttle Drivers earn $57,000, with the potential for safety incentive bonuses that can raise earnings to $60,000.
  • Benefits available from Day 1 include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as FSA/HSA options and company-paid life insurance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and submit the DOT inspection report.
  • Ensure that all products are securely loaded in the trailer to prevent damage during transport.
  • Occasionally perform line haul and/or backhaul duties.
  • Prioritize safety to avoid injuries and protect products.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
  • Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
  • Meet the organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
