Job description

Driver ( DOT-CDL ) – Class B CDL route driver

Available Hours: Monday – Friday 3am to 11am

1284 Corporate Center Drive ( Suite 130 )

OVERVIEW:

We are presently looking for qualified people for a full-time Route Truck Delivery Driver positions out of our store located in Eagan, MN. We offer an excellent compensation package that includes a GUARANTEED SALARY, mileage and stop pay, OTJ Training, life, health, dental, and disability insurance, 401k, paid vacation & a $5000.00 sign on bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent service to our stores and customers by delivering in a prompt, efficient manner.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills while interacting with our shipping and receiving departments.
  • Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment.
  • Possessing a strong working knowledge of the DOT regulations in regards to a CDL Driver.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The skills and qualifications required for this position include:

  • Current Commercial Class B Driver’s License in good standing.
  • Current Health Card.
  • Ability to meet our driving record requirements.
  • Ability to obtain a Haz Mat endorsement within 90 days.
  • Ability to maintain DOT regulated Drivers Hours-of-Service (HOS) paperwork.
  • Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs. and maneuvering 150 lbs.
  • Ability to successfully complete the required DOT drug and alcohol screens, road test, employment verification and background check.

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior driving experience

Preference is given to those with previous driving experience; however, new CDL licensed drivers are also encouraged to apply.
