Cumberland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in automotive parts, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our service department by accurately identifying, sourcing, and selling parts while providing exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service technicians with accurate and timely parts lookup and fulfillment.
  • Sell parts and accessories to retail and wholesale customers.
  • Identify parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership software.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control, stocking, and organization of the parts department.
  • Process special orders, returns, warranty parts, and core returns.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs.
  • Maintain clean, organized parts storage areas and displays.
  • Work closely with service advisors to ensure efficient repair order completion.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an automotive Parts Advisor required.
  • CDJR or OEM dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate electronic parts catalogs.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK experience is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
