What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering the high-quality workmanship our customers expect.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing gasoline, hybrid, and electrical vehicle systems
  • Performing repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Utilizing factory diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Test-driving vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose concerns
  • Completing Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) to clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommended repairs
  • Collaborating with Service Advisors to identify customer needs and repair opportunities
  • Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Accurately documenting repair procedures and findings
  • Maintaining productivity while achieving high-quality repair standards
  • Participating in ongoing Dodge certification and training programs
  • Staying current on technical service bulletins and emerging vehicle technologies
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment
  • Properly caring for dealership tools and equipment
  • Following OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety guidelines

What We're Looking For
  • Previous professional automotive technician experience required
  • CDJR/Dodge dealership experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Proven ability to efficiently produce quality flat-rate hours
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
