Automotive Payroll Administrator

Join Our Team!

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Payroll Administrator to join our growing Payroll team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership payroll processing, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Process semi monthly payroll for dealership employees.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • Calculate commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on employee compensation matters.
  • Assist with payroll audits, tax reporting, and year-end processing.
Qualifications:
  • Automotive dealership payroll experience required.
  • CDK experience required.
  • Paycom experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, wage regulations, and payroll best practices.
