The candidate must have a strong foundation in medical coding, including extensive knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT, along with expertise in multispecialty and complex coding, and experience in abstracting E/M and CPT codes. The individual should possess excellent analytical skills for conducting detailed audits, identifying trends and discrepancies, and preparing comprehensive reports.
