Unique In Home Personal Care LLC
Pay: $14.50-$16.50 per hour
Do you have a passion for helping others? Unique In Home Personal Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities in their homes throughout Dane, Jefferson, Rock, Columbia, and Janesville areas.
We welcome both experienced caregivers and individuals new to the field who have a genuine desire to help others live safely and independently. Training may be available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Maintain client safety and dignity
  • Observe and report changes in client condition
  • Complete documentation accurately and timely
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
Starting Pay
Starting pay is determined by verified experience, certifications, references, attendance history, and position qualifications.
Typical wage placement:
  • No experience/no certification: $14.50/hr
  • Certification only: $15.00/hr
  • Up to 2 years verified experience: $15.50/hr
  • 3-4 years verified experience: Up to $16.50/hr
Additional pay progression opportunities may be available based on attendance, performance, training completion, and compliance with agency standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Pass Wisconsin caregiver background check requirements
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (if driving clients or traveling between assignments)
