Job description

CDAC is seeking master's level clinicians to deliver counseling services to students in a public-school setting to build resiliency in youth facing multiple risk factors, so they may lead healthy, productive, drug and violence free lives. The counselor works to provide individual and/or group support to students using evidence-based curricula and counseling theories and techniques.
The positions require a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work with individual and group support services/counseling experience, preferably within a school-based setting.
This is a permanent full-time position with a 10-month schedule (191-days), which follows the school calendar. School holidays and breaks are observed, including summer break. The salary is $36,000 annually, based on the 10-month schedule.
This permanent 10-month position includes a competitive, comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as participation in a 401(k)-retirement plan.
