Job Summary:

Estimate, design and manage installations of large scale complex Access Control and CCTV infrastructure that is linked to live operators in a monitoring station.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Successful candidates must have a proven track record of analyzing, prioritizing, delegating, controlling workflow and managing projects. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Design systems and improve existing processes
  • Create quotations, installation drawings and work orders
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and provide guidance when required
  • Audit installations
  • Negotiating with sub-trades on quoted scope and the actual required scope of work
  • Manage and supervise staff and subcontractors with strict expectations of effort and results
  • Resource planning and management
  • Designed systems, generate quotes and work orders
  • Develop resources that are effective in executing tasks assigned
  • Commissioning with staff, sub-contractors and clients to insure agreed upon scope is completed
  • A “get-it-done-right and on time” attitude
  • Influence and motivate staff with open communication
  • Mentor, positively encourage and build teams in a teamwork environment

Location:

  • Texas with willingness to travel to North American sites. 


This role will require the candidate to complete background checks (includes but not limited to: references, educational verification, criminal check, credit check - where applicable). Certain roles may also require testing.
