Security Systems Sales & Operations Specialist
Help businesses protect their people, property, and operations by delivering security solutions that solve real customer needs. This role combines sales, customer relationships, and technical coordination, giving you the opportunity to work with CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and life-safety systems while growing within a specialized security industry.

As a Security Systems Sales & Operations Specialist, you will serve as a key customer contact, identify security needs, recommend solutions, support branch operations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and security solution inquiries
  • Promote and sell security solutions including CCTV, intrusion alarms, access control, fire alarm systems, monitoring services, and equipment services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security and life-safety solutions
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage daily branch operations including scheduling, customer records, and transactions
  • Coordinate with technicians, installers, and internal teams to support project execution
