Our Coordinators of Community Services (CCS) partner with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to understand what matters most to them, navigate services and resources, advocate for their needs, and support progress toward meaningful life goals.This is rewarding, relationship-centered work that also requires independence, organization, accountability, travel, timely documentation, and consistent follow-through. We want candidates to understand both the purpose and the day-to-day realities of the position before joining our team.WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY LIKEThis is a community-based position—not a traditional remote job.
  • Administrative work may be completed from a home-based workspace, but regular in-person community work is an essential part of the position.
