Job Summary
Responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure. This role supports the design, implementation, and operation of networking environments, including routing, switching, and network security, and contributes to system reliability, performance, and infrastructure-related projects.
Essential Functions
  • Design, implement, and maintain LAN/SD-WAN network infrastructure across enterprise environments
  • Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security-related incidents
  • Support and optimize VPN, remote access, and site-to-site connectivity solutions
  • Collaborate with cloud and systems teams to ensure seamless hybrid network integration
  • Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and standard procedures
  • Implement and enforce network security best practices, including segmentation and access control
  • Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and network resiliency efforts

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations
  • Hands on legacy network hardware and Cisco IOS software experience
  • Hands on telephony and voice integration and traffic engineering related
  • On premises to cloud network refactoring design and implementation

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field (Required)
