Make your mark at Comcast โ€“ a Fortune 30 global media and technology company. From connectivity and platforms to content and experiences, we reach hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. Join our awardโ€winning technology team that turns big ideas into cuttingโ€edge products, platforms, and solutions.
This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. The role requires working EST business hours and legal authorization to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture discovery and solution design for net new and expansion opportunities across data ingest, ETL, storage, and integrations aligned to our platform capabilities.
Serve as the primary customerโ€facing architecture lead, including live whiteboarding and developing recommended design changes in customer meetings.
Ask the right questions about customer environments, including data sources, correlation, normalisation and enrichment, storage options, identity and access needs, data sovereignty requirements, and environment constraints.
Design practical approaches for integrating DataBee into complex enterprise environments and explain tradeโ€offs clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Support primary use cases in CCM and cyber risk reporting leveraging core platform capabilities including OCSF normalisation, entity resolution, device/application ownership discovery, and secondary use cases for SIEM cost optimisation and detection workflows.
Partner with Sales Engineering, Accounts Executives, and the Field Practitioner team to support technical validation, proof of value, expansion planning, and clean handoff into deployment.
Engage alongside Sales Engineering in complex enterprise opportunities, elevating conversations to leadership and CISOโ€level stakeholders by developing and presenting architectures that map DataBee's platform to the customer's specific environment.
Create reusable reference architectures, whiteboarding templates, discovery guides, and architecture content.
Bring customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering, improving reference architectures and deployment designs based on customer engagements.
Act as a DataBee technical voice externally โ€“ contributing to blog posts, conference presentations, or analyst briefings where appropriate.
Travel to customer sites or Comcast office for product presentations or internal meetings as required.
Operate in a startup environment: move fast, handle ambiguity, take ownership, and improve how we sell.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience with enterprise systems involved in cyber risk and compliance reporting such as identity, endpoint CMDB, vulnerability, cloud platforms, ITSM, HR or organisational data, and familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk.
Preference for at least 5 years of proven experience in customerโ€facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, or solutions consulting in enterprise B2B SaaS.
Extensive enterprise architecture experience with exceptional communication skillsโ€”clear writing, live whiteboarding, architecture workshop facilitation, structured presentations, and the ability to align and influence a broad set of crossโ€functional stakeholders.
Strong understanding of data architecture fundamentals, including data ingest, ETL, data normalisation, advanced SQL queries, and modern data engineering best practices.
Familiarity with modern data and storage approaches such as Snowflake, Databricks, cloud object storage, and open table formats such as Iceberg, AWS S3, Azure Blob, and similar platforms.
