Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and provide administrative and coordination support across employment, onboarding, employee records management, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in our Sarasota, FL offices.

What You Will Do As A Human Resources Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and timekeeping information.
  • Support bi-weekly payroll through accurate time entry, corrections, allocations, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.
  • Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support benefits administration, HR programs, audits, compliance, and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee support.
  • Partner with employees, managers, and internal teams to deliver responsive HR service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, employment administration, or employee relations activities is preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to support our growing Spanish-speaking employee population.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and/or other HR systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
