We are seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team at our body shop. Countryside Customs has been in business for 39 years in the automotive Collision and Repair Industry. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our clients throughout the repair process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments for estimates, repairs, and other services.
  • Collect and record customer information accurately in the system.
  • Create detailed estimates for vehicle repairs using CCC Estimating software, including parts, labor, and other necessary services.
  • Perform parts mirror matching to ensure accurate pricing and availability of replacement parts.
  • Prepare supplements to be submitted to insurance companies for additional repair work or unexpected costs.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and other staff to coordinate repairs and service timelines.
