Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Strategic & Channel Relationships/sales/marketing, who is skilled at building and nurturing key relationships with business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will utilize their strategic acumen and relationship-building prowess to expand our network and create synergies that drive mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders, ensuring mutual success and continuous growth.

2.      Strategic Planning & Execution: Craft and implement strategic plans for partnerships, aligning them with NexGen Virtual's overall business objectives.

3.      Partner Engagement & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners with the top 10 CcaaS companies.  Managing their sell thru and marketing programs.   Fostering collaboration, addressing their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

4.      Market Intelligence: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities, leveraging this information to identify potential new partnerships and opportunities.

5.      Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze partnership outcomes, generate reports, and present insights to senior leadership, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

·         Proven experience in a strategic relationship role or similar position, ideally in a SaaS and CcaaS environment.

·         Excellent relationship management and strategic planning skills.

·         Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

·         Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in using CRM software and other business software.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Must have:

·         Experience in the Contact Center, BPO and SaaS industry.

·         Familiarity with remote work platforms and collaboration tools.
