• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with standard practice guidelines tailored to each client's diagnosis, ensuring clinically appropriate interventions based on the DSM V.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy approaches, to effectively address clients' mental health needs.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, regularly consulting with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enrich the therapy process and promote comprehensive mental health care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, focusing on building a positive therapeutic alliance while addressing a spectrum of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Integrate automated self-assessment tools and functional improvement measures into sessions, using data to adapt and optimize treatment plans for better therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical records within our user-friendly documentation portal, ensuring all client notes and treatment progress are accurately logged.
• Receive continual support and case consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with adults facing varied emotional disorders, providing you the chance to impact a diverse client population. • A valid independent license as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon, with additional state licenses being a major advantage.
• A master's or doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as clinical psychology, social work, or counseling, from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated expertise and a welcoming attitude toward working with diverse populations, emphasizing the importance of delivering culturally sensitive care.
• A strong comfort level with technology, particularly in utilizing virtual platforms for telehealth delivery.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in virtual counseling techniques and the management of online therapeutic environments.
• Prior knowledge of mental health assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to adult populations.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
