CBT therapists can be psychologists, counselors, social workers, or other licensed professionals who have received specialized training in CBT techniques. Their goal is to empower clients to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning, regularly consulting with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to enrich the therapy process and promote comprehensive mental health care.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, focusing on building a positive therapeutic alliance while addressing a spectrum of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy services, demonstrating proficiency in virtual counseling techniques and the management of online therapeutic environments.
  • Prior knowledge of mental health assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to adult populations.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
  • Includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your overall wellness.
  • Access to professional liability insurance, ensuring peace of mind as you navigate your practice.
