• Conduct thorough assessments to comprehend clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a holistic understanding of their mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy to promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that correspond with clients' unique needs and progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to foster positive change.

• Establish and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration that encourages vulnerability and openness.

• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and comply with ethical and legal standards within social work practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development to refine skills and stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Provide ongoing support and practical solutions to assist clients in navigating their life challenges and achieving their identified goals.

Your therapeutic expertise will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health issues like anxiety, depression, grief, as well as those seeking to enhance relationships and improve their overall emotional well-being. Your role will be vital in promoting healing and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in private practice settings.

• Demonstrable clinical skills including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills that foster positive client interactions and relationships.

• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or psychodynamic therapy, is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client sessions and treatment plans efficiently.

• Previous experience in a hospice or end-of-life care setting is advantageous, considering the context in which some clients may be seeking support.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
