About the Role:
CBRE Hotels Fort Lauderdale office is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst to join its team. This role offers career-oriented candidates the unique opportunity to be directly involved in structuring hospitality transactions across the US. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team of established professionals in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and inclusive environment. Our clients include the most respected private equity, REITs, real estate funds, and private investors in the hospitality industry.
This role is responsible for providing general administrative, analytical, and project support to our sales professionals including assisting the team with all phases of marketing objectives. This entails processing of assignments for internal approval and tracking purposes, organizing property related information, aiding in the preparation of best-in-class marketing materials and proposals, coordinating the distribution of information, organizing the team's marketing activities, interacting with clients, scheduling tours, and monitoring the due diligence process through to closing.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team's information requests.
  • Participate in financial analysis utilizing CBRE models to develop detailed valuations.
  • Build virtual data rooms, populate, and update information as needed.
  • Assist in research, creating and editing marketing proposals, teasers and offering memorandums and interacting with our designer.
  • Assist the team in the development of marketing lists, distribution of materials, and processing NDAs.
  • Prepare weekly marketing reports for client update calls.
  • Interact with clients and investors by participating in calls throughout the marketing process.
  • May source properties and/or clients by researching local and national databases.
  • Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities.
  • Prepare invoices and vouchers for transaction closings.
  • Assist with request for proposals. Evaluate data and prepare real estate reports on average rent, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
  • Gather materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry. Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gather and distribute marketing materials.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
