Job description

Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have openings for a Registered Dietitian who shares our passion for Clinical Nutrition and unprecedented client care.
The Clinical Informatics team member will perform on-site and remote implementations and support of computerized software solutions (CBORD) including training and offering best practice recommendations serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Perform on-site and remote implementation activities for computerized software solutions may include:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance and integration of computerized software solutions (CBORD).
  • Enters accurate data into the software system and updates inventory, compliances, traits, food lists, recipes, menus, etc. as needed. Enters data into software CBORD (i.e. diets, recipes, traits).
  • Develops production and menus by utilizing Food Service Suite (FSS) and Nutrition Services Suite (NSS) in CBORD.
  • Develops and maintains appropriate database support for all CBORD modules
  • Reviews and maintains nutritional and allergen information of all food products
  • Collaborates with internal / external team members to ensure completion of tasks and client satisfaction
  • Conducts product training in group settings and in individual sessions
  • Creates written documentation supporting scheduled activity; agenda, status report, project timeline / implementation plan, post go live review assessment
  • Provides implementation support that can include creation / review of operations to align with best practices to ensure successful client engagements
  • Timely submission of required documentation
  • Coordinates technical support as needed

Requirements:
  • Registered Dietician (RD), Masters preferred
  • Applicable work experience related to system(s), strongly preferred
  • Communication: Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication
  • Client Relationships: A focus on building relationships and exceeding expectations
  • Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Proactivity: Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize projects and needs
  • Business Ethics: Demonstrate integrity, respect, and discretion in all business dealings
  • Organization: Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: Technically competent word processing, spreadsheets, electronic medical records, and food service platforms
  • Business travel is required, dependent on client need
  • Home office based when not traveling
