Job description

We are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Techs (also known as Mental Health Techs) to be a part of our innovative Safety and Engagement Department. This department focuses on maintaining safety for the patients and helping them engage in our treatment program.

We believe and truly understand that BHTs are critical to helping our patients succeed! We are seeking compassionate, skilled techs who are excited to help patients in their mental health wellness journey.

Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH) is a residential facility serving individuals with primary mental health disorders. We are located in Altoona, FL, less than one hour north of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package offering for FT positions.

Added bonus: we assist BHTs with obtaining their credentials as a Certified Behavioral Health Technicians (CBHT) with the state certification board, if interested.

Rate range is $15 - 17/hour but note that a candidate's starting salaried is determined by and commensurate with experience, education, and state certification.

This position requires a successful Level 2 criminal background screen.
