Responsibilities
Job Duties:
  • Assemble and package products according to company standards and customer orders.
  • Diligently inspect accuracy of packages prior to shipment to ensure quality control.
  • Monitor fulfillment timelines and resolve any fulfillment-related issues or delays.
  • Keep an accurate count of inventory and keep inventory stocked for efficient access.
  • Float as needed within warehouse functions to support the team to fulfill orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for handling hemp products.
  • Occasional use of personal vehicle for company-related tasks
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to count accurately and perform repetitive tasks.
