Full Time Sales Associate Position
WC Vapor is looking for highly motivated and organized individuals with great customer service skills, time management, and work ethic to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in deciding on their purchase.
  • Answer questions customers ask about our products.
  • Process transactions.
  • Unpacking orders from distributors.
  • Packing orders for transfers to other stores.
  • Using judgment and knowledge to solve problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform daily duties as requested by Management.
  • Must be able to perform and switch between all these tasks as needed, even when unsupervised. 
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers at their homes or businesses.
  • Taking inventory transfers from our distribution center to all of our stores.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  • Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  • Relieving the store employees at certain stores, in order to allow them to make bank deposits, get food, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Time management skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Friendly and positive customer service skills.
  • Knowledge about vaping and/or CBD products is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently in a retail environment.
  • Vape/CBD is a plus.
