Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate 
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: Competitive, Starting at $19/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift
Our client is seeking a Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse operations and ensure customers receive accurate, on-time shipments. This role is essential in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products—all while maintaining exceptional accuracy, organization, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
  • Pull, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped safely, correctly, and on schedule.
  • Prepare custom kits and package special orders for key accounts.
Receiving & Inventory
  • Receive incoming product, inspect for accuracy, and store in designated locations.
  • Inspect customer returns for accuracy and damage to determine acceptability.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy above industry standards.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and resources to support operational goals.
Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse.
  • Follow proper storage, staging, and labeling procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Process certifications (material certs, compliance certs, certificates of origin).
  • Complete documentation and maintain records according to quality requirements.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment, identifying improvement or repair needs when necessary.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure customers receive accurate, timely shipments.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet shared goals.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using basic power tools.
Physical Requirements
