Frequently Open Roles:

GUEST RELATIONS – Coordinates and directs activities of visitations and services under the guidance of arranging funeral director. Provides a positive first impression for families and guests and conducts self in a manner consistent with company standards with the ultimate goal of providing families with a positive and meaningful experience.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE – Perform duties relevant to maintaining grounds in an orderly, clean and attractive manner to include grass maintenance, flower and shrub beds, roads and parking areas and general building maintenance. Duties may require basic upkeep of maintenance equipment and tools.

FUNERAL DIRECTOR – Provides final disposition services including remembrance, burial and/or cremation of the deceased. Communicates and works well with families, co-workers, and management by representing the company and performing the essential duties as described below. Participates in various community outreach programs including special events and public relations. Addresses family issues and concerns immediately. Willingly cooperates and communicates with all cemeteries and funeral staff, including administration, family services and maintenance/grounds staff.

SERVICE ASSISTANT – Drives funeral coach, limousines, service cars and first call vehicles and greets, assists passengers in and out of vehicles, lines vehicles up for the funeral procession. May assist with transports of casketed deceased.

ADMINISTRATION – Responsible for office-related functions for field locations. Participates in establishing objectives and developing processes to ensure efficient and timely workflow. Provides support to departmental and field staff.

FAMILY SERVICE ADVISOR (“FSA”) duties include, but are not limited to, promoting, soliciting, and selling life insurance policies, trusts and annuity contracts to fund contracts between individuals and Funeral Home Clients pursuant to which funeral services and merchandise are arranged in advance of need (“Pre Need Contracts”), and selling cemetery burial rights, merchandise, and services by contracts between individuals and Cemetery Clients.
