At Chick-fil-A Chicopee, as a Catering Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the guests, working to win their Heart, at every moment by creating moments of Joy and capitalizing on occasions to care. Catering Leads will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a key role in ensuring a seamless catering experience. Most deliveries are to be made using the company's catering vehicle. Responsibilities include overseeing the process from the moment a catering order is placed to organizing and preparing all necessary supplies and items, including beverages, food items, paper goods, sauces, dressings, etc. All while ensuring immaculate food safety standards are met and upheld until the Catering Order is presented and/or delivered to the guest. We want to ensure that our Catering Guests receive the same care and hospitality of our signature Chick-fil-A service and food as if they were being served right in our dining room.

The ideal candidate will have flexible availability to accommodate the varying needs of the catering orders, as well as supporting other areas of the restaurant to meet the needs of the business.

Certifications

ServSafe Certification, or be willing to test and pass the ServSafe Exam

Safe, Clean Driving Record with a valid Driver's License
